Searching fr the right property in St albans

My daughter and her partner are currently renting a house in St Albans and have a very good budget for a 2/3 bedroomed older style property within 20- 30 minutes walk of the station. There is no chain and have a mortgage offer. Currently looking at properties up to £315,000.
