St Albans to Marbella - on a bike.
By AtlasTrans | Monday, October 08, 2012, 17:21
On the 16th October, Paul Small, Mark Bunting, Paul Browning, Richard March, Paul Rosenthal, Sam Skuce and Karen Zammit will embark on a cycle ride of 1200KM from St Albans to Marbella – not for a Spanish holiday but in aid of fundraising for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital and Grove House Hospice. They've become known locally as Los Locos Ingleses - The Mad Englishmen. Even though one of them is a woman.
Atlas Translations are delighted to be a corporate sponsor of the team. And as well as cash, they have come up with practical linguistic help and provided the intrepid cyclists with a list of useful phrases in Spanish and French, as well as free access to their 24 hour telephone interpreting service.
We hope that our phrases will be useful! You can wave the cyclists on their way from St Michael's Manor at 7.30am on the day.
