My partner and I are in the same situation, my partner starts a new job in St Albans on 13th August and we are struggling to find a rental.

We are looking for a 1 bedroom flat within 1 mile of the mainline station, we don't smoke or have pets and we have our deposit ready to go. We need parking for one car too. Our budget is £800pcm max.
