    Hello all,

I’m a stay at home mum currently conducting some research in anticipation of launching my own Indian cookery classes for those interested in learning how to create authentic, delicious Indian dishes (you’ll never have to order Indian take away again!)

I'd really appreciate it if you could spend a couple of minutes answering just 7 quick and simple questions through the following link.

    Thanks in advance!

I would love to learn how to cook a really authentic Indian curry. it could be fun to do in a group - have you considered doing hen parties? I organised one recently that involved us all learning how to cook a meal with an experienced chef and it was a roaring success.
