Can you Adam and Eve it? Sorry, Eve and Adam it?

For those of you who know me, I am not the most girly girl you will ever meet!  I don't get time to pamper myself much and I must confess that most beauty departments of stores scare me.  I feel that I am frowned upon for not having perfect make up and perfect skin - however, on a trip to Eve and Adam in Catherine Street, I must say that I am made to feel like a human being!

The girls are so friendly, and.... normal!  I am greeted with a lovely coffee and shown through to a relaxed comfortable room in which I will be having a bio sculpture pedicure.  Trashy mags are at the ready, but I don't actually need them, as we chat readily about life in general and what colour I might fancy to have on my toes.

I have since been back for a spray tan, and again, I am usually very shy about getting my bod out!  But the atmosphere at Eve and Adam is not judgemental at all.  It is relaxed, friendly and I leave with a spring in my step and a fabulous summer glow - not just on the outside but on the inside too.

Eve and Adam make me feel good about myself - and for that, a massive thank you to Sally and her team!
