Do you recognise this E-fit of a man who exposed himself to a young woman in Clarence Park?

E-fit of the man who exposed himself to a young woman in Clarence Park. St Albans.
Police investigating the incident, have released the computer-generated image of the man in the hope that the public will be able to help identify him.
The incident took place on Wednesday, 18 April 2012 about 5.10pm. The victim, a 24 year old woman, was walking through Clarence Park from the junction with Verdis Restaurant. As she neared the pathway leading to the football pitches she saw a man facing the bushes. As she continued to walk he turned around exposing himself. The woman quickly walked away.
The man who exposed himself is described as Asian, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and of slim build. He has short black hair and was wearing a black jumper, navy Adidas bottoms and white trainers.
Detective Constable Karen Webb, who is investigating and said: "I am appealing to members of the public who may recognise the person in the e-fit to contact me with information.
"I would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and believes they saw the suspect to contact me."
