The layout in Cinta Garden is caters for so much more than you typical restaurant, with a bar downstairs which also features a dance floor and seating as well as a large balcony upstairs which can be used to accommodate special events and celebrations. Based, on The Colonnade, the location is easy to get to if youre in St Albans.

I've been here a few times and enjoyed the dim sum very much. It's very good value, as you get a fairly large portion. The roast pork buns are yummy.
The normal menu is very nice too, but more ordinary.
The service is very good when it's been quiet - I haven't actually been there except at quiet times like the middle of Saturday afternoon and early on a weekday evening. So it might well be slower at busier times.
It is a very big room which can make it a bit noisy, even if there aren't many people there, and there was odd music playing when I was there - I think it was karaoke backing tracks without the vocals, which sounds weird.
I'll go back! But I'll probably stick to going when it's quiet.
