Darcy's in St Albans is one of my favourite places to go to celebrate. The food is brilliant and the restaurant has a great buzz about it. Ok, so it isn't the cheapest place in the world, but I think you get what you pay for. This isn't somewhere to come for a quick meal, it is somewhere to relax with a friend or partner and have a lovely meal with good company in a classy environment!
this restaurant has to be one of the nicest in the area but also one of the most expensive. with these prices, darcys is definately a place for celebrations, special occassions, or if someone else is paying.
the food is very tasty but there is not that much privacy in the restaurant. definately worth a try, but make sure its special

This would have to be my first choice as long as I wasn't paying! The food is amazing and there is such variety. They have had kangaroo on the menu a few times. It is a bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants but the food makes up for that. Great for a special occasion or to treat someone.

Everytime my other half has taken me there i was always really impressed and can't wait to go back. Excellent new menu everytime we visited, so many wonderful dishes, choosing is so difficult! really.
