    a hidden gem

if you didnt know it was there you could happily walk past and past without realising. step inside and it feels like you have stepped into morocco. a small, cosy, well decorated restaurant with amazingly tasty and authentic food.

i think that this place is a real suprise and is definately not like any other restaurants in st albans.

would highly advise to anyone who has not yet been there

    What a great find

This little gem is really worth a visit. the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. Great original morrocan pieces make this cosy little restaurant like a real slice of Morroco. Normally this type of get up looks cheesy and fake, but this works really well. It has an intimate feel, and has a little curtained booth for six which would be good for a small gathering. We had the mezze share platter to start and it was excellent. I had a monkfish tagine which was super and my husband had a lamb dish - a real winter warmer. I would say the value for money was very good, as the standard of food was so high.
