You are right in that some dishes from our a la carte menu, like our House Fishcake and our Steak Frites, also feature on our great-value set menu (two courses for £10.95). As a result, mistakes do occasionally happen during bill preparation. You did exactly the right thing in bringing this to our attention immediately so that we could correct our error. Check the bill!

I recently ate at Lussmans, taking advantage of their 2-course lunch menu for £10.95. When I got the bill, it was quite a bit more than I expected and I noticed that I'd be charged a la carte prices. The mix up was over the schnitzel dish which I think is available as pork on the set menu and chicken on the a la carte menu. The waitress did put it right but it caused a bit of embarrassment nonetheless.

Lussmans is a top choice for eating out in St Albans

Lussmans is one of my top choices when it comes to eating out in St Albans. Their seasonal menu changes regularly enough not to become boring whilst retaining fave classics. There's a great selection of grills to choose from, and fac sharing platters for starters. Lussmans is a good bet, whatever the occasion, whether that be a family celebration, a large group night out or a girlie get-together. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is good too.

One of the best restaurants in town

This is one of my favourite St Albans restaurants! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is reliably excellent. We have never had a bad meal here, and we find that the portions are massive! Its always a nice surprise when the bill comes too because its such a nice night out for such good value, would definitely recommend checking it out.

one of my favourites

lussmans has to be one of my favourite restaurants in st albans and it seems right for whatever you may be celebrating, or not!

the food is really tasty, cooked well, and at decent prices. the rabbit linguine is a lovely starter, and you can not go wrong with the burgers!

i highly recommend
