Have you seen this man?

Alan Van-zyl, 24, was last seen a week ago, on 25th January 2012, around 7.30pm at his home in Richard Stagg Close, St Albans and the police have now launched an appeal for help in tracing him.

Alan is described as a white man of approximately 5ft 9ins in height and of a slim build. He has medium length brown hair, and was last seen wearing dark jogging bottoms, a grey fleece and black 'Prince' trainers.

Police believe that Alan may have travelled by train to Lancaster.
