I have used Boots Opticians for many years. The eye test there is very comprehensive covering all aspects of eye care. The staff are helpful and attentive. A good selection of frames available. However, don't be fooled by their buy one get second pair free offers. Unless you have the most basic lenses, a second pair will cost you. My last 'second' pair cost me over £200.
