Today I made my way over to Clarence Park for my first ever St. Albans City FC match with my two toddlers.

Saints Chase After a Woking Attack
We only managed to stay for the first half - the kids much preferred the nearby playground to the match - but that was long enough to see the Saints get attacked dozens of times. In fact, I don't recall seeing St. Albans get a single shot on goal against Woking, who scored their first goal at 34 minutes into the half.
It's not premier league football - the ground is small, with capacity for perhaps a thousand - but that suited us just fine as there was plenty of room for the kids to walk around and keep themselves busy. All in all, it was a decent afternoon out, particularly as we also managed to watch a bit of cricket and spend an hour in the playground before heading home. If you managed to stay for the whole match, do feel free to update readers with the final score. I dare say, it wasn't looking good for the Saints.

Hi.
I'm a long time Saints fan and I am very sorry you had to see that very bad performence from the Saints, it was our worst performence of the season and we don't normally play that bad.
The final score was 1-0 to Woking. Also, the ground can fit several thousand in, the record attendance at Clarence Park is 9,000.
